DCP Creation
Your DCP, ready for the screen.
Cinema-ready DCP packages prepared for features, shorts, trailers, festivals and theatrical release.
We create 2K or 4K SMPTE DCPs with correct frame rate, audio mapping, naming, packaging and optional encrypted KDM support.
The ultimate theatrical master.
A Digital Cinema Package is not just a wrapped video file. It requires precise matrix math to convert RGB pixels into the XYZ colour space used by cinema projectors, frame-accurate JPEG2000 encoding, and a strict folder structure that every digital cinema server in the world expects to see.
We build DCPs on enterprise-grade hardware encoders. We support 2K, 4K, high-frame-rate, 3D and immersive audio formats like Dolby Atmos — encrypted with KDM where required, or unencrypted for festivals and review screenings.
From upload to delivery.

Common questions.
How long does a DCP take to build?
Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours from source upload to QC-passed DCP. Rush turnaround available for festival deadlines.
What master files do you accept?
ProRes 4444, ProRes 422 HQ, DNxHR, DPX image sequences, EXR, MXF, MP4 H.264/H.265. Audio as WAV BWF, AIFF or embedded.
Do I need encryption?
Most festivals prefer unencrypted DCPs. Commercial theatrical releases usually require KDM encryption tied to each venue's projector certificate. We handle both.
Can you include subtitles?
Yes — open subtitles burned into the picture, or closed subtitles as separate CineCanvas XML tracks projected by the cinema server.
