Source files and deliverables uploaded to or downloaded from FilmDock.io are stored securely using encrypted storage. Files are accessible only to you and authorised FilmDock.io staff involved in your project. Files are deleted 30 days after order completion unless extended storage is agreed.

We share your data only as necessary to provide our services — for example, with our card payment provider for transaction handling. We do not share your project materials or personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
