Yes — we guarantee the destination network passes the file on first ingest, or we fix and re-deliver at no charge.
What about subtitles and captions?
We embed closed captions as data streams (608/708, OP-47, ARIB) and provide separate subtitle files in EBU-STL, IMSC1 or TTML as required.
How do you handle metadata?
AS-11 DPP, XML sidecars, embedded MXF metadata — all structured per the broadcaster's exact technical manual revision.
