We accept ProRes (422, HQ, 4444, 4444 XQ), DNxHR, DPX image sequences, EXR, IMF and high-bitrate H.264/H.265. For audio, we require 24-bit 48 kHz WAV files (BWF preferred) or embedded audio in your master.
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from the moment we receive your verified source files. Rush delivery (12–24 hours) is available on most services for an additional fee.
If your master fails our incoming QC, we send a detailed report with frame-accurate timestamps of the issues. You can either fix it and re-upload, or hire our engineers to remediate (legalizer violations, dropouts, sync drift, loudness compliance).
Yes. All transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption, and files are stored on enterprise servers with AES-256 encryption at rest. Project files are auto-purged 30 days after delivery unless you request archival storage.
Yes — we offer reduced per-minute rates for episodic content, multi-title slates and bulk deliveries. Submit a custom quote request and we will price the whole package together.
Our published per-minute pricing is the price you pay for standard deliveries. The order form calculates your total before checkout based on runtime, resolution and add-ons. Custom or complex projects can be quoted free of charge.
Yes — FilmDock is an international online platform. We accept orders, files and payments from anywhere in the world, and deliver to streamers, broadcasters, cinemas and festivals on every continent.
Tell us the destination platform when you order — we hold the technical manuals for major streamers and broadcasters worldwide (Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV+, Disney+, plus European, North American, Latin American and Asian networks) and build the master exactly to spec.
Yes. Rush turnaround is available on DCPs, QC, subtitles and broadcast masters. Tell us your deadline at the order step and we will confirm feasibility before charging — we never miss a confirmed festival deadline.
Standard mutual NDA is built into our terms of service. Bespoke NDAs from your legal team are welcomed and signed before file intake on request — just email us before ordering.
Every paid order gets a unique secure upload link that handles multi-TB transfers via resumable HTTP and Filemail acceleration. No FTP credentials, no manual portals — just drop the files in your order dashboard.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and PayPal Pay-in-3. For studios and broadcasters we also issue invoices payable by bank transfer net-14 or net-30.
